What will it be?

I have scheduled an elective ultrasound to find out what baby Peanut will be! We will be in Texas the week of Christmas, which is the first week we can find out the sex. So I have scheduled to find out on Dec. 22 @ 10am. We will go to a clinic in Arlington, TX with Mary and Richard (and maybe Kathy and Scott) to find out what baby Peanut will be. I am so excited! I will have to wait patiently until then.... Come on December!

1st Ultrasound!!

We had our first ultrasound yesterday. Needless to say, I was petrified. Everything went really well, we got to see our baby dance for us -- shaking his/her arms around. Baby measured at 10wks4d which is really good since I was 10wks2d. Got to see the little heart beating too which was really cool.

Andrew was funny, he thought he would only see a dot on the screen and was astonished at the development that has already taken place. Little bean is about 3.5 cm's long.

Check out our ultrasound pictures! This one is the clearest, with little bean's big noggin at the bottom, a little hand next to it and his feet up towards the top. So cool!

Oh, we will get to find out the sex of little bean in about 8 more weeks. Hoping to get an ultrasound scheduled for the 23rd of Dec so we can have a nice little Christmas present.
